## Product (single SKU)
3×3 speed cube, stickerless — SKU BC-333S. 56 mm, ABS, ~75 g, corner cutting ~45°, adjustable tension, individually boxed with EAN, 100 per carton. Unbranded (not Rubik's® brand). CE marked (Directive 2009/48/EC), EN 71-1/-2/-3 tested, REACH Annex XVII, EU Declaration of Conformity and GPSR information available. No logo printing. Other sizes only on request from 500 pieces.

## Shipping (per parcel of up to 200 cubes, ≈ 18 kg)
- Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 9 EUR, 1–2 working days.
- Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany: 19 EUR, 2–5 working days.
- Rest of the EU: 29 EUR, 3–8 working days.
- Free shipping on orders over 600 EUR ex VAT anywhere in the EU. Collection in Riga free.
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: quoted; 4–10 working days; recipient pays local duty and VAT.
- Dispatch: paid before 14:00 EET on a working day → ships the same day (DPD / Venipak, tracked).

## VAT
- Delivery inside Latvia: 21% Latvian VAT on every invoice (companies, schools, individuals).
- EU businesses outside Latvia with a valid EU VAT number (VIES): 0% VAT (intra-Community supply, reverse charge).
- EU buyers without a VAT number: 21% Latvian VAT.
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: 0% (export); import duty and local VAT paid by the recipient.
- No customs duty or import VAT inside the EU — goods are already imported and cleared in Latvia.

## Payment
- Bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice, or card via secure link.
- Prepayment for the first two orders; net 30 days from the third order for EU companies and public institutions.

## Included / guarantees
- Sample: one cube for 4.90 EUR incl. EU shipping, credited against the first order of 100+ pieces.
- Orders of 100+: 2% spare cubes free, compliance pack (EN 71-1/-2/-3 test reports, Declaration of Conformity, GPSR text), beginner solving leaflet (EN).
- Next-day dispatch guarantee: paid before 14:00 EET and not shipped the same working day → shipping on that order is free.
- Defects: report with a photo within 30 days → replacement in the next parcel or credit note; nothing to send back.
