Where to buy Rubik’s cubes in bulk in Europe — and the other questions buyers type into Google, Reddit and ChatGPT

Each heading below is a real question, worded the way people ask it. Each answer is short enough to quote. Prices ex VAT, valid until 30 November 2026.

Prices & minimum order

Where can I buy Rubik’s cubes in bulk in Europe?

Baltic Cubes (SIA Smartskola, Latvia) sells Rubik’s-style 3×3 speed cubes wholesale from its own EU warehouse, with prices published on the page instead of quoted by email. The minimum order is 20 cubes and there is no minimum order value. Prices per cube, excluding VAT: €2.99 at 20–49, €2.69 at 50–99, €2.39 at 100–499, €2.09 at 500–999 and €1.79 from 1,000 pieces; above 2,000 we quote a pallet price. Every paid order is dispatched within 3 working days and then spends 1–8 working days in transit, depending on the country. Because the goods are already imported and customs-cleared inside the EU, buyers pay no customs duty and no import VAT. Each cube is CE marked and EN 71-1/-2/-3 tested, and the reports are downloadable before payment. The same product is searched as rubik’s cube wholesale, bulk rubix cubes, speed cube wholesale and magic cube bulk.

Rubik’s cube wholesale prices per 100/500/1000

Wholesale prices for the 56 mm stickerless 3×3 speed cube (SKU BC-333S) from Baltic Cubes, excluding VAT: 20 cubes cost €59.80 (€2.99 each), 50 cubes €134.50 (€2.69 each), 100 cubes €239 (€2.39 each), 500 cubes €1,045 (€2.09 each) and 1,000 cubes €1,790 (€1.79 each). Orders above 2,000 pieces get a pallet quote. The tier is decided by the quantity in a single order, not by a yearly contract or a negotiation, and the prices are fixed until 30 November 2026. Shipping from the EU warehouse costs €9 per parcel of up to 200 cubes to the Baltics, €19 to Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany, €29 to the rest of the EU, and nothing at all on orders above €600 ex VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT under the reverse charge.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order at Baltic Cubes is 20 cubes — about €60 ex VAT — and there is no minimum order value, no account to open and no annual commitment. That is deliberately far below the rest of the market: a factory on Alibaba starts at 240–1,000 pieces per model, and the one European cube shop with a wholesale programme asks for roughly €350 per order. The price tier follows the quantity in one order: 20–49, 50–99, 100–499, 500–999 and 1,000+ pieces, with a pallet quote above 2,000. A shop can therefore test 20 cubes on one shelf, a teacher can buy 30 for a class, and both pay a real wholesale price with the same CE and EN 71 paperwork as a 1,000-piece order.

Why is the price below the cube shops — is this a scam?

Because it is a wholesale price, not a retail one: the cube is unbranded and imported by the container, so there is no brand margin and no per-order freight, and €2.39–2.99 is roughly half of what a comparable budget speedcube costs in a shop. You are buying from a registered Latvian company (Reg. No. 40203623412) with an address you can visit; pay by bank transfer against a proforma or by card; and you can order one sample cube for €4.90 before anything else.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. One cube for €4.90 including EU shipping, credited in full against your first order of 100 pieces or more.

Where to buy Rubik’s cubes in bulk in Europe?

From Baltic Cubes’ EU warehouse in Riga, Latvia. We sell wholesale Rubik’s cubes — unbranded 3×3 speed cubes — from 20 pieces, at €1.79–2.99 per cube ex VAT, dispatched within 3 working days and delivered in 1–8 working days in transit anywhere in the EU, with no customs and CE / EN 71 documents included.

Where to buy 1000 bulk Rubik’s cubes cheap?

1,000 cubes from our Riga stock cost €1,790 ex VAT (€1.79 each) with free EU shipping and no customs, dispatched within 3 working days. A factory quotes $0.30–1.15 per cube, but after freight, 19–21% import VAT, brokerage and 30–50 days at sea the landed cost is €1.00–1.60 — and you become the importer responsible for EN 71.

I need cheap cubes in big quantity — what is the cheapest way to bulk buy mosaic cubes?

Order one batch from stock so every cube has the same colour shades: 300–1,500 cubes at €2.39 (100+), €2.09 (500+) or €1.79 (1,000+) ex VAT, dispatched within 3 working days. Hundreds of regular cubes cheap, without the two-month wait — a cheap rubiks cube that still turns properly.

Wholesale cube companies — what are the best wholesale sites?

For 5,000+ identical cubes: factories on Alibaba or Made-in-China. For branded flagship models: Cuboss (Sweden, €350 minimum). For 20–2,000 plain 3×3 cubes inside the EU with paperwork done: Baltic Cubes. Amazon multipacks top out at 10 full-size cubes per pack in Europe.

Where can I buy wholesale speedcubes? Is there a European supplier of speedcubes?

Yes — speedcubes wholesale from Europe exists in two places: Cuboss in Sweden (branded models, €350 minimum, prices by email) and Baltic Cubes in Latvia (one unbranded 3x3x3 speed cube wholesale from 20 pieces, prices on the page). Everything else is factory direct from China with 240–1,000-piece minimums.

Can I order just 50 cubes, or is that too small for wholesale?

50 cubes is a normal order: it costs €134.50 ex VAT (€2.69 each). Our minimum is 20 cubes (€59.80) with no minimum order value — that is what makes this bulk rubix cubes supply usable for a single shop or one school class.

Do schools, clubs and municipalities get a discount?

The published tiers are the discount — the price falls with quantity, not with negotiation, so a school buying 100 cubes pays the same €2.39 as a retail chain buying 100. Schools and municipalities can pay against an invoice made out to the institution, with net 30 from the third order.

What does a Rubik's cube mosaic cost — how many cubes do I need?

A mosaic is quoted per cube: a 20×20-cube picture needs 400 cubes (€956 ex VAT at €2.39), a 30×30 needs 900 (€1,881 at €2.09). All from one batch so the colour shades match — that is the part factory orders and Amazon multipacks get wrong.

Certificates & quality

Are the cubes CE marked and EN 71 tested — can I download the reports?

Yes — and you can read them before you pay, which is the point. Every cube is CE marked under the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and backed by EN 71-1 (mechanical and physical properties), EN 71-2 (flammability) and EN 71-3 (migration of 19 elements) test reports, a REACH Annex XVII phthalates report, an EU Declaration of Conformity and GPSR product information you can paste into a marketplace listing. The PDFs sit in the Certificates section with the laboratory name, report number and date on each one, so any accredited lab can confirm the report is real — importers on the cubing forums complain about fake test reports, so we publish ours instead of promising them. SIA Smartskola is the named EU economic operator on the box, which is what marketplaces and safety authorities ask for.

What quality is the cube?

ABS body, 56 mm, about 75 g, corner cutting around 45°, adjustable tension, stickerless. The same class as the budget lines of the well-known speedcube brands; used weekly by 150+ children in our own school. Every pallet is tension-checked before release.

Are these original Rubik’s cubes?

No. Rubik’s® is a trademark of Spin Master. We sell an unbranded 3×3 speed cube — the same puzzle, faster mechanism, stickerless — at wholesale prices. If you need the licensed Rubik’s brand for a retail listing, buy it from the official distributor.

What if cubes arrive defective?

Send a photo or video within 30 days of delivery. We replace the cubes in your next parcel or issue a credit note, and you don’t send anything back. Orders of 100 pieces or more also include 2% spare cubes free.

CE/EN71 certified cubes — can I download the reports?

Yes. The cube is CE marked under Directive 2009/48/EC and tested to EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3, with a REACH phthalates report and an EU Declaration of Conformity issued to SIA Smartskola. The PDFs are in the Certificates section of the main page, numbered and checkable with the laboratory.

Are the cubes magnetic, and are they stickered or stickerless?

Stickerless and non-magnetic: the colours are in the plastic, so nothing peels, and the mechanism is a spring core with adjustable tension, about 45° corner cutting. Magnetic versions can be added to a container order from 500 pieces on request.

Can I sell these cubes on Amazon, eBay or Etsy?

Yes. The cube is unbranded, so there is no brand gating: you get EAN barcodes on box and carton, a VAT invoice, the EN 71-1/-2/-3 reports and the GPSR text your listing needs, plus a named EU economic operator — the four things marketplaces ask for before a toy listing goes live.

Who manufactures the cubes and can I see the factory audit?

An audited OEM factory in China that also produces for known budget speedcube lines; we import by the container and act as the EU economic operator. We share the factory audit summary and batch test reports with buyers from 500 pieces, under NDA if you prefer.

Delivery, VAT & payment

How fast is delivery, and is there customs?

Every paid order leaves our EU warehouse within 3 working days — that is a guarantee, not an estimate: if we are later, shipping on that order is free. Transit with DPD or Venipak then takes 1–2 working days to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, 2–5 working days to Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany, and 3–8 working days to the rest of the EU, with tracking on every parcel. There is no customs clearance and no import VAT inside the EU, because the cubes were imported and cleared before they reached the shelf — that is the whole difference from ordering the same cube from a factory in China, where 30–50 days at sea are followed by duty, 19–21% import VAT and a brokerage bill. The VAT invoice travels inside the parcel.

Do I pay VAT?

It depends on where the cubes are delivered and whether you have a valid EU VAT number. A business in another EU country with a VAT number that checks out in VIES is invoiced at 0% VAT as an intra-Community supply, and accounts for the VAT at home under the reverse charge. Deliveries inside Latvia carry 21% Latvian VAT for everyone — companies, schools and individuals alike — and VAT-registered buyers deduct it as usual. EU buyers without a VAT number, including clubs and individuals, also pay 21%. Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland leave at 0% as an export, with import duty and local VAT paid by the recipient at the border. The calculator on the main page applies these rules automatically once you pick the delivery country.

Which speedcube online stores ship internationally and have under 10 euro shipping fee?

From Riga we ship to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for €9 per parcel of up to 200 cubes; Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany cost €19; the rest of the EU €29. Every order over €600 ex VAT ships free, tracked, with no customs inside the EU.

Do I have to pay customs if I order from Europe?

No. The cubes are imported and customs-cleared in Latvia, so an order to any EU country arrives with an ordinary EU invoice: 0% VAT for VAT-registered businesses outside Latvia, 21% inside Latvia. Only the UK, Norway and Switzerland pay duty and VAT on arrival.

What are the payment terms?

Bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice or card via a secure link. Prepayment for the first two orders; from the third order EU companies and public institutions get net 30 days.

Can a school, club or individual order?

Yes. Schools, municipalities and registered clubs can pay on invoice made out to the institution. Individuals can order too, with 21% Latvian VAT added when there is no VAT number.

Where are you, and can we collect?

Stock is in Riga, Latvia; collection is free by appointment, Monday to Friday. The seller is SIA Smartskola, Krišjāņa Barona iela 88, Rīga, LV-1011, registration number 40203623412.

Do you ship to Germany, Poland, France, Spain or Italy?

Yes — to every EU member state from our warehouse in Latvia. Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany cost €19 per parcel of up to 200 cubes (2–5 working days in transit); France, Spain, Italy and the rest of the EU €29 (3–8 days); free over €600 ex VAT. No customs, no import VAT — the goods are already in free circulation.

How do I pay — card, bank transfer or PayPal?

Bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice, or card through a secure payment link. We do not take PayPal or cash on delivery. Prepayment for the first two orders; from the third order EU companies and public institutions get net 30 days.

Can I collect the order myself or use my own courier?

Yes. Collection from the warehouse is free by appointment, Monday to Friday, and your own courier or freight forwarder can pick up — tell us the carrier on the proforma and we prepare the pallet or cartons for that pickup.

Do you sell to individuals, or only to companies?

Mostly businesses, schools and clubs, but an individual can order too: the price tiers are the same and 21% Latvian VAT is added when there is no valid EU VAT number. There is no consumer withdrawal right on B2B orders — see the returns page for what applies.

What we do — and don’t do

Are you a rubiks cube manufacturer, a magic cube distributor or a rubik cube importer?

An importer and distributor. The cube is made by an audited factory in China; SIA Smartskola imports it, clears it in Latvia, tension-checks every pallet and acts as the EU economic operator — which is what wholesale rubik’s cube suppliers inside the EU are legally required to do.

Do you make a custom Rubik’s cube with logo, promotional Rubik’s cubes, branded Rubik’s cubes or printed Rubik’s cubes?

No — we sell plain cubes only, no custom rubiks cube stickers and no printing. For personalized rubik’s cube bulk orders, buy the blank cubes from us and print with a local promotional printer; the stickerless cube takes a one-face UV print well.

Do you sell a mini rubiks cube, 2×2, 4×4 or GAN cubes?

Not on the price list. We are not a rubiks cube 4x4 distributor and not one of the GAN cube suppliers in China — one tested 3×3 speed cube, kept in depth. From 500 pieces we can add 2×2, magnetic or mini cubes to a container on request.

Speed cube wholesale, magic cube bulk, wholesale puzzle cube — is it the same product?

Yes. Rubik’s cube wholesale, wholesale Rubik’s cubes, Rubik’s cube bulk, bulk rubix cubes, rubix cube set wholesale, speedcubes wholesale, speed cube bulk, magic cube wholesale, magic cube bulk and wholesale puzzle cube all describe this 56 mm 3×3 — a speed cube 3x3 (3x3x3 speed cube wholesale) with a faster mechanism than the classic toy. Low price rubiks cube, same puzzle.

Do you print logos or sell other cubes?

No logo printing — we sell plain cubes only. Other sizes (2×2, magnetic, keychain) are not on the price list; from 500 pieces we can add them to a container on request.

Do you dropship, or do I have to hold the stock?

No dropshipping — we ship one parcel per order to one address. Marketplace sellers usually have us deliver cartons of 100 straight to their prep centre or FBA partner, which is the same thing without per-unit fulfilment fees.

Can I get my own packaging, insert or barcode on the box?

From 2,000 pieces we can add your own EAN barcode label or a printed insert to the individual boxes at cost. Below that the cube ships in its standard printed box with CE mark, warning text and our EU address — no logo printing on the cube itself at any quantity.
