What we collect and why
When you request a proforma invoice we process the details you enter — name, work email, company, delivery country, quantity, VAT number and any message — to prepare the quote, issue invoices, ship the order and answer your questions. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); invoices are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting law (art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives the data
Carriers (DPD, Venipak) receive the delivery address; our accountant and the State Revenue Service receive invoice data; the website is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers log IP addresses for security. We do not sell personal data and send no newsletters.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, or complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv). Write to [email protected].
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. The proforma calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing until you submit the form.
