Paid before 14:00 EET on a working day, the parcel leaves Riga the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia; 2–5 to Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany; 3–8 to the rest of the EU. No customs and no import VAT inside the EU — the cubes are already cleared.
Not if your company has a valid EU VAT number and the cubes ship to another EU country: we invoice at 0% as an intra-Community supply and you account for VAT at home. Latvian buyers and buyers without a VAT number pay 21% Latvian VAT.
From Riga we ship to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for €9 per parcel of up to 200 cubes; Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany cost €19; the rest of the EU €29. Every order over €600 ex VAT ships free, tracked, with no customs inside the EU.
No. The cubes are imported and customs-cleared in Latvia, so an order to any EU country arrives with an ordinary EU invoice: 0% VAT for VAT-registered businesses outside Latvia, 21% inside Latvia. Only the UK, Norway and Switzerland pay duty and VAT on arrival.
Bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice or card via a secure link. Prepayment for the first two orders; from the third order EU companies and public institutions get net 30 days.
Yes. Schools, municipalities and registered clubs can pay on invoice made out to the institution. Individuals can order too, with 21% Latvian VAT added when there is no VAT number.
